Gregory VD Smith Sr  

 

As the  Senior Principal Consultant and Project Manager he is focused on managing and directing the organizations business, training and information technology consulting services. 

​

As the Senior Technology Manager he conducts technology and training in the areas which are focused on under Horizon Capital Consultants LLC's training division (Horizon Capital Training Institute).  In addition he has over two decades of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and the graduate level, teaching information systems and conducting projects in the private sector.
